You will receive a thorough comprehensive exam to better understand your teeth, jaw joint, facial muscles, gums and overall makeup of your mouth.
She doesn’t just take a look at one tooth; it is important to have a fully functioning smile that works in harmony. Dr. Dennis prides herself on being able to provide functional and cosmetic dentistry. Your First Visit
Your first visit to Waterstone Dentistry establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. We will evaluate important background information, such as your medical and dental history, and give you time to get to know Dr. Dennis. We encourage questions and will take the time to explain all treatment options. Please take a moment prior to your scheduled appointment to download our patient forms.
Please allow up to two hours for your first visit. After your consultation and complete examination with Dr. Dennis you will see the dental hygienist to begin your preventative care.
Online Forms
We ask that you complete the forms and bring them with you to your appointment so we may assist you in a timely manner.
If you have any problems getting the files to print properly please call our office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
